Ich wurde Anlagenführer ohne das ich es wirklich wollte. Es hatte sich so ergeben weil wie oben beschrieben. Mein Gehalt stieg über die Jahre stets an. Gefühlt wird alles "vernachlässigt" für die Arbeitssicherheit. Es ist sehr anstrengend, als kleinen Standort von 70 Mitarbeitern stets Anordnungen eines Konzerns durchführen muss. Lärm durch Edelstahlverarbeitung. Für den Mensch im kollektiv wäre es eine Bereicherung, wenn JEDER regelmäßig aus eigener Interesse meditiert. Aber diese Meinung hilft aktuell niemanden und wird auch aktuell nicht umgesetzt.
