One senior management personal favoritism a female co-worker rather than a fair and transparent evaluation of skills, qualifications, and performance. It creates an unfair work environment 2. The female co-worker's behavior please senior management to a significant degree, which has led to her receiving special treatment and advantages over other team members. Despite lacking any prior environmental working experience, she was appointed as an assistant manager. However, her behavior and performance were not aligned with the responsibilities of her position. Instead of fulfilling her duties, she often shirking her responsibilities and failing to contribute effectively to the team. 3. Messy management by the senior management. Lack of clear direction, inconsistent decision-making and a general disorganization that trickled down to the rest of the team, leading to confusion in work. 4. Instructions provided by the management were often poor.
