My Manager and mentor is very supportive in our daily office activities. He always give me leads and referrals in our cold calls.

Good to develop careers but need to read the contract carefully before signing and no work life balance

Good place to enhance multitask and handling pressure deadline. Good for development in financial careers.
Cons: Had to read carefully the contract for the minimum service period before you sign agree, otherwise, failing to do soo will end up compensate double month salary, advice not to sign if you don't have confidence to pass probation.
Cons: no work-life balance

Nothing good working in this company. The management do not care about you. They care about work only.

Everyday can avoid traffic jammed. Start work early as 6am and going back home at 3pm. I learned about processing, documentation, customer service and complaint management skill. The management actually only want to see result. Your wellbeing is another part of the world which they cannot see. Workplace culture is not healthy as the team leader being bias and toxic. The hardest part of the job is that the QA team do not have proper standard SOP on how they screen the error/ mistake done by processor. Nothing enjoyable here except colleague.
