Immediate compensation restructure should be implemented , life is very hard here working for the number 1 brand in the world. The management at this location is essentially useless, compassionless, and selfish. Useless: No support or training on day to day task. but something goes wrong its your fault. Implementing rules that complicates the structure of the business. Seems they just don't hold the ability to efficiently structure this store. No compassion: Its the nature of this business that we work crazy hours that takes up majority of your day or hoildays. But you can only miss so many birthdays or Christmas until your grandpa pass away; something like that. Your loved ones or yourself can be on the death bed and management will still ask you if you can come in for a half day. Selfish: They'll not look after you or fight for your benefit. They will sacrifice you to their boss so they look good lol. Hope you have fun reading this, its exaggerated. Message to the management; if you care at all: "We sell clothes to wanna be or rich people, that's it. Its not that serious" I understand you have a higher up that sucks at their job and etc. but you are going to retire soon anyways, can you just look after who you called "team" "family" for once? Fight for us to get better pay or compensation, merchandise to sell, better work environment.
