En door Corona is er nog weinig werkzekerheid. Voor mij bestaat een normale werkdag bij Esprit uit het volgende: 8.00u begin ik, kijk de mail na en kijk of er nieuwe info is over veranderingen die doorgevoerd moeten worden op de vloer. Als er levering is help ik eerst uitpakken en dan is het mijn taak om de nieuwe goederen in te voegen bij bestaande goederen en dit zo aantrekkelijk mogelijk te presenteren. Als klanten hulp nodig hebben help ik hun ook graag verder Fijne sfeer tussen collega's. Fijne werkuren. Ze wilden mij “zo graag hebben” maar vervolgens werd ik ontzettend slecht behandeld en zelfs na 1 dag(!) ontslagen met een slap excuus zonder een kans te hebben gekregen. Leidinggevende stuurde een van de andere werknemers om mij weg te sturen en communiceerde niet. Daarnaast werd er lastig gedaan over het contract. Belachelijke situatie. hk:330 https://www.indeed.com/cmp/esprit/reviews Jun 11th, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Open Esprit Aushilfe Leipzig DEU keine gute Erfahrung schwache Kommunikation, zu wenig Wertschätzung als Mensch, nur Mittel zum Zweck, teilweise unprofessionelles und respektloses Vorgesetztenverhalten mit wenig Führungserfahrung (Verantwortung gegenüber Mitarbeiter*Innen wird oft ignoriert; Absprachen werden nicht eingehalten) Vorteile: - Mitarbeiterrabatt Nachteile: - Vorgesetztenverhalten - keine gute Kommunikation zwischen Vorgesetzten und MitarbeiterInnen/Aushilfen - schlechte Arbeitsbedingungen und Arbeitsatmosphäre - Arbeiten unter viel Stress, auch 10-12h-Schichten ohne vorherige Absprache - Urlaubssperre - ständig wechselndes Team; keine Vorstellung neuer Mitarbeiter*Innen Ich habe noch kein Unternehmen erlebt, dass so erschreckend respektlos mit den Mitarbeitern über mehrere Führungsebenen hinweg umgeht.
