Most likely they hired qualified person with good attitude of works. 3. Combined actions and patients with good looking appearance can helped your career, exponentially. 4. The best career path is in the golf course. It really hard for me to say but you need to consider several problems below, but anyway the career is better in the long run. 1. Not a performance driven career path, 2. Everything written on papers has more value than digitalized process/approval, even most of the senior employees never use their email. 3. HR cant afford employee regeneration and most likely, this condition is the reason you cant get the promotion. 4. Not a data driven decision making, because of the technology issue, most of the data hidden in another universe. 5, For the business unit, long working hours with most of the time spent for inefficient working procedures rather than the core of the business itself. 6. The management level always want unreasonable fast feedback with high emotional pressure without considering the proper work needed that affect the quality of work delivered. 7.
