Medical aid and retirement fund savings. A company that actually listens to what employees want. They are forward thinking, innovative and embraces change well. Offers a hybrid work model, mostly remote working with the option to use the offices when needed. Encourages staff to further their education and skill sets and offers bursaries and also offers many soft skills training.

Lateral moves with no Salary review, while there are opportunities to grow, gain experience and move to different departments internally, they fail to make salary reviews a mandatory part of workforce movement to ensure that the staffs salary is aligned with the new role and years of experience, this leaves little to no financial growth apart from annual increases which unfortunately does not keep up with inflation.
