Enjoyed helping students and general public with queries, assignments. Also enjoyed conducting research. Very old school, no real growth opportunities. I stayed so long because I loved my work but still ended up leaving due to negative environment. Change was always very slow. Not open to creativity. Change in CEO every 5 years.
