Stop moving from one idea to the next and not following through. Excellent talent has left the company due to in proper training, poor support and lack of growth. For example we had 2 graduates and 1 excellent sales person (which was rare)1 stopped the graduate programme and 1 left due to no progression and the sales person left for growth. Santova doesn't really know what to do as they have a flat structure and management are focused on short term goals due to their transactional mindset. Myself and other Ops members left as in the UK the company has peaked though they will try to sell you different.

Unless your South African or a weak yes sir, no sir manager you'll never move up in the company. Company only appoints buddies from the old mates club into management roles who mostly couldnt run a tap or have their own out dated views on management styles.

Problem with management is that over the last few years the company has had many ideas and promote a 'entrepreneurial' mentality but management have no idea how to execute and mask this by using buzzwords like agile, change etc but in reality it's just poor execution as nothing ever follows through. Many good people in the company have left due to poor strategy and promised opportunities that never develop. Santova as a firm find it difficult to grow internally due to poor sales teams and hiring the wrong people so they tend to buy companies as they don't have the experience to do it themselves. Offices and companies are bought and forgotten about and promises made during interviews and appraisals are quickly forgotten about as they are always onto the next thing.

The gossip in the office I worked in can be a bit in-your-face and distasteful. I doubt the same is true for some of the other offices.
In the department I worked in, I had to fight for work early in my time there. People rarely give up their clients easily.
