-no learning for freshers
-not safe for women employee
-koreans humiliates indians, treat them their slaves
-huge salary gap, heighest salary 65-70 lacs for less than 15 years experience, better educated and experience staff getting lesser than 40 lacs. freshers getting much lesser
-can reduce salary anytime
-can change your work profile anytime.
-can change your job agreement anytime
-can send the officers at your home anytime to check if you are actually at home and sick
-dont trust their employees, have to produce medical certificate for one day leave also.
-can force you to take PL anytime without giving any advance -notice
-no training program for new joinee and fresher and hence no professional development
-very poor annual increment
- unrealistic targets not related to your profile. make this a reason to fire employees

First of all It's not an organisation it's a Korean prison with lots of self obsessed idiots around you, bullying & scolding Indian staff without a reason. One thing was good that they treat all the Indians equally bad except 2-3 who use to say what the supreme leader & his stooge wants to hear. Who should join- one who wants to learn some life lessons like testing one's patience level, how to bear mental harassment, money should not be the sole reason of job selection etc. Your self respect will be attacked every single day & every day is like a decade there. By the time you will realise what is happening around, you would loose your confidence, self respect, half of your professional skills would be gone, english speaking & writing capability will be gone (their explanation to what they write & speak is super funny & most of time senseless). All in all it's a pathetic place & pathetic people to work for. Will advise not to join unless one really wants a life lesson. PS: Check attrition rate before joining
