There's ample parking for this job that you'll be forced to do from the office up to 5 days a week for this "hybrid" job. Unfortunately, you likely won't be able to afford a car, so the office is on the bus route which may come in handy.
They provide breakfast and lunch items such as bagels and cereal. You’re also allowed one snack each day. The coffee machine is also wonderful, when it works. Not quite a food bank because you can't take food home but access to food is a beneficial for employees whose salary level falls below the living wage standards for Nova Scotia.
There are many opportunities to get a job there because the majority of employees quit so they are constantly recruiting people. If there's not an opening now, don't worry, a posting will likely appear soon.

Hold your senior team leaders in Halifax accountable for wrongdoing. Start by removing power from those who repeatedly abuse it and you may be able to begin retaining your employees. Insist that HR reports all complaints and proposed resolutions about Halifax senior management directly to UK leaders. This will alleviate the potential for further cover-ups and inadequate responses to breaches of Admiral's own protocols, policies and procedures. Turn this site into a professional and respectful place to work and Halifax might have a fighting chance to improve performance.
