Best employer I've had! Benefits and pension are excellent and the ethos of the whole company means each person is important. Great culture of encouragement and support. Amazing work life balance, top employer many times for graduate opportunities and lots of opportunities for progression. I can't recommend this company enough! If I hadn't had to relocate for family reasons, I'd still be working there. In fact if they opened up an office around here I'd apply immediately. I definitely recommend this employer. 👌

Terrible Company. Don't be fooled
|
Terrible company on the basis that they had no clue what to do when COVID-19 hit. They shower you with gifts and sweets to make out they're your friend. When working from home they don't care about your mental health or isolation only things you get wrong and have no patience at all.

If your face fits

Worked at admiral new business department Newport for 6 months. It’s a very clicky culture in there and if your face fits you’ll be fine but if not you won’t. We had 12 new starters in our group and only 2 managed to get through the probation period. Extremely strict on targets and don’t even think about being ill while working there as they come down on you like a ton of bricks.

Its busy and challenging.
|
Everyday there's something different. There it is rarely a moment multiple tasks don't need to be completed. I love that I am constantly busy. I'm a people pleaser so the job is very fitting for me. The regulars take the cake though. Customers are the reason why I have my job there so I guess it does make sense that they are also my favorite part and make it worth it and a fulfilling job for myself. The pay is nowhere near what it should be but being happy is worth it. I love it there.

Overall a really bad place to work
|
The reason for the 2 stars is purely because all through lockdown the staff had full pay which was amazing, HOWEVER..When I first started I really enjoyed my job the people, managers, the actual role it changed after about 6 months But I have recently quit my job after 2 and a half years because of the management and awful morale, since December I’d say more that 30 people have left my department which was renewals Llansamlet PS haven’t rang to ask any questions to why or what the issue was. The managers looks down on you for everything if you don’t hit certain targets it’s the end of the world, because incentives don’t just go into your money it goes into theirs as well which isn’t fair because they don’t help they make you feel as if your thick. If you have a personal issue I would NEVER open your mouth it will spread around the whole office, be discussed in manager meetings and everyone knows. It’s one of the worst places I have ever worked in my life.

I hated it. Pay was terrible. £16,750 in Cardiff, after your train ticket it was pointless. Not everyone was nice, you were treated like a child when you didn’t meet standards

Υπάρχει εξέλιξη στο χώρο,ο μισθός τα δώρα και οι άδειες ήταν εντάξει,το μόνο που θα πρέπει να πάρει σοβαρά η εταιρεία είναι η επανεξέταση των υπαλλήλων που είναι χρόνια εκεί γιατί υπάρχουν άτομα που δεν σέβονται τον συνάδελφο τους, προκαλούν ίντριγκες και εάν ανοίξεις το στόμα σου σε βγάζουν τρελό! Εννοείτε μπροστά στα αφεντικά είναι αρνάκια και τα σάλια φτάνουν έως τη πόρτα του μαγαζιού! Κατά τα άλλα δεν είναι όλοι το ίδιο εάν πετύχεις το σωστό team εννοείτε!
