The business was interesting . Well paid. However things were not as so. This part of the company was sold to Virgin and thankfully many of the managerial staff have moved on. | Hours became dreafully long. I was constantly contacted at home /holidays. They took risks, promised training-got nothing- left to work it all our for yourself-no backup-no help-no budget. No reviews- Tried to use me as a scapegoat behind my back when things went wrong. Luckily an external consultant picked up on this and wrote a report. He then informed me what was going on. Dreadful bullying by my boss was ignored. They removed two managers who were performing well because they didnt like them challenging them. | -1.0 | NEGATIVE | 0.0 | NEUTRAL | 0.0 | NO_OPINION | 0.0 | 1.0 | 2.0 | 1.0 | 3.0 | 3.0 | 1.0 | 0.0 | 42485 | Open | Hoepfully by now with the changes that you have gone through many of the original management staff have left or been removed. There is not a 'one size fits all' to developing new services. | 0.0 | [] | No | No | 0.0 | Jan 8th, 2019 04:56PM | Jul 1st, 2021 09:19AM | Assura | Financials | General Financial |
