Management is clueless and flounders about on a sinking ship. Nepotism is more important than running the business and career progression is only for the happy few who're chummy with their seniors. Pay is appallingly low, even for the region. They'll happily work you into the ground and discard you like a dirty rag the moment you're burning out and aren't as productive as you used to be, despite presenting themselves as an incredibly supportive and open company. Company practices are extremely outdated and are more indicative of a company following the masses than blazing a trail. Financial figures and market shares are made to look better than they actually are, but the bottom line is: the company is on its way to ruin.

Incompetent company with no leadership or structure. It jobs for the boys. So many people have left recently - people who have been there a long while. If for a very good reason. Poor pay and zero prospects Won’t be here in two years time with current management.
