Nice enough place to work but not always work

Clearly within the Asos environment their are issues work no work ect yet they keep taking on new people when the shifts already that are allocated have no work so can half day holidays ect. Why take on new staff when you can not allocate work the staff already allocated on shift

This company thrives on their young workforce (of which there are many).
Lots of opportunities to do things outside your role, which is a pro and a con! It’s very fast paced so be prepared for things to constantly change at the last minute.
It’s hybrid working which is good, most teams are pretty flexible.

Good pay, especially if your on the shifts I’ve picked you also get bonus pay which is really good for being on time. Works nice and easy, sometimes work load can slow down but either way you can communicate with your colleagues.
