My advice to the board of directors would be please deal with the management team at your Milton Keynes site. They already have a bad reputation for abuse of power and bullying of lower team members which is why you have such a high staff turnover.

Management don't know how to do their teams jobs, how to train them, or how to spot issues arising.
Very limited progression, often offered on a basis of favouritism, sometimes roles not even being advertised.
Extremely isolating in the field.

Incorrect information given out about company vehicle tax.
Staff don't know how to use their benefits.
