Bakkavor Pizza Holbeach is looking to recruit an Occupational Health Technician who will work as a member of the on-site Occupational Health team. The Occupational Health Technician will provide administrative support to the Occupational Health team including updating the surveillance database, booking appointments, and preparing correspondence for employees, managers and external bodies. They will also be responsible for providing health surveillance testing and monitoring. This role will involve working on your own initiative with occasional travel to other sites. Accountabilities Ensuring all medical information is accurately recorded in the occupational health records on the spreadsheet/database. Review of data to prioritise surveillance requirements for appointment bookings to ensure full compliance.To prepare letters and other written correspondence for colleagues regarding appointments or appointment outcomes. This may also include correspondence with external bodies such as GPs or Consultants.To produce monthly compliance data for the Site Leadership team / managers to ensure full awareness of progress in surveillance against the site programme. This could be using power point, excel and any other media. To highlight any trends.Providing support to the whole OH team in helping the department to run smoothly and effectively.To undertake a full range of health surveillance procedures such as lung function, hearing tests, and various medicals following full training. What does an Inventory Control Specialist do?The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for conducting, recording, tracking and adjusting cycle count inventories of raw materials, packaging materials and ingredients for the entire facility. The QA Technician is responsible for the quality and safety of the products. The QA Tech must ensure compliance of products with specification, as well as personnel in their area for compliance in GMP's.
