Itâs just different! Not in a good way. This used to feel like a family. Now itâs just a struggling tobacco company. Itâs definitely not for everyone. Those that have been around for years understand what it felt like to have complete loyalty, pride, and joy working for a company that you legitimately felt connected to. Now at best you just do your job to get paid while feeling completely empty. Zero fulfillment!
