Benefits are amazing, which include paid lunch in the office, paid travel to the office and £100 monthly lifestyle allowance.

Managememt are terrible, micro managing is very common and most people move departments so they don’t lose out on the benefits. Flexible working doesn’t excist as the team is made to complete timesheet recording every 15 minutes of the day.

So many pro's great culture. This is a company that is leading the way in so many ways, they dont only talk about dealing with equality, diversity etc they actively are consciously making such a change and a difference. The amount of women they have in senior positions is testament to this and the networks they have created within the company BeazleyShe, BeazleyRace and BeazleyFamilys really show that this company is one that understands and is trying to help equally if you have such a supportive workplace that encourages smart working, they will get the best from their employee's.
