It depends what you’re looking for in a position. Management can be clique and friendship groups within the company seem to get promoted very quickly while others are overlooked.

It is such a mafia company, many of them related somehow

A typical day at work began early at 7:30 am and extended until 5:30 pm. However, due to being the sole manager in my block and the ground workers' schedule, I often had to stay later, stretching my work hours until 6 pm. The commute was also taxing, requiring a total of 1:30 hours each way, leaving little room for a balanced personal life.
Despite the challenges, I learned to navigate a demanding workload and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, I honed my time management skills and developed resilience in the face of stress and pressure.
Management in the company leaned towards a modern siloed culture, characterized by micro-management. This approach often added to the stress of the work environment, making it challenging to operate autonomously and efficiently.
The most challenging aspect of the job was undoubtedly the stressful work environment and the expectations of constant oversight. Balancing the demanding workload with the pressures of micro-management made it difficult to find moments of respite or satisfaction in my work.
Despite the challenges, the most enjoyable part of the job was the opportunity to overcome obstacles and achieve goals amidst adversity. Additionally, interacting with colleagues and finding moments of camaraderie amidst the chaos provided some relief from the otherwise stressful environment.

Appalling Management
|
I worked at Berkeley Group for just over a year and I have never been treated so badly EVER! The management are so stuck in their ways and do nothing to help you even when you are stressed. I had several meeting with all my managers and no one was going to do anything to help me!
It’s disgraceful and disgusting! Don’t bother working here! They will force you out in the end when they have had enough of you!

Fun workplace, staff very friendly

Had a great time working with the concierge team, staff were all very friendly and polite. Tasks can get a little repetitive at times but overall great experience.

This is a timeshare company. So sales pressure is high, at times the work load can be overwhelming and stressful. Most employees are team oriented and work very well to support one another. Management can be to overbearing and too micro managing of employees.

Not a good place to work at all. Manager and director will pretend to give you all the support but when you really need you are seeing as weak and unprofessional. Their environment and culture are the lowest rate possible. Directors shout at you and “correct” you in front of the whole office, there’s no respect for you as individual. Wasteful office, no worries with environmental issues, poor management, directors burping mid office with no regards to anyone or anyone in a meeting. Staff talking bad on each other, Admin staff sharing private details with anyone.
On my experience, they are the opposite of whatever they say they are in their website.
