Apply anywhere else. There's zero correlation between the work you put in and what you get out of it. The management don't care about you as a person, you're a number on a sheet assigned to work tasks way too demanding for your job role and what you're paid for. I love working here. The entire process of employment was fast and straightforward. After being at B&M for 4 months and passing my initial probationary period, I have had already developed a lot within my career and within myself. It was scary and stressful to start, after being at my previous company for almost 4 months, but the team and induction process helped ease me into the role. Support was always available from the team and my manager, I have already been put on courses to assist in my development and a roadmap put in place for me to push to where I want to be in my career. My work-life balance is super, I have been through a rough time over the past few months outside of work and my manager has eased the burden when could have easily, like my last workplace, ignored the issues and left me to struggle. All the staff I have come into contact with at Head Office are friendly and always smiling! The job culture is challenging and fast-paced so there is never a dull moment. The company invest in the person, so if you want to progress then there are chances to if you put yourself out there.
