I very stupidly left a role at a good company to come and work here. I don’t know what I was thinking. Unless you’re looking for an entry level position or are in desperate need of work, please don’t bother with this place.

They’ll tell you that there’s flexible working - this is a lie.
Another one of their benefits is that their social calendar is “next level” - another lie. There’ll be events once in a while, but overall pretty rare.
Most of the perks that were here when I first started have stopped. They used to have free snacks and fizzy drinks stocked up in the kitchen, but now they sell these in the cafe instead (not even at a discounted price).
Speaking of the cafe, hot drinks are fine, but the food choice is very limited - prepackaged sandwiches that aren’t any cheaper than going to the supermarket, or a tiny, mushy looking salad bar.
Immature, cliquey colleagues that gossip constantly. Sometimes come out with awful, offensive comments about people in front of managers, but this is the sort of thing that’s brushed off as workplace banter even though it’s just ignorant and unprofessional.
Bosses have insanely high expectations. You get swamped with work.
The work itself is tedious and repetitive, there’s no variety.
After a few months of working here, they basically changed my job role, so I was taking on responsibilities that were beyond my pay grade. My (terrible) salary stayed the same. It seems that they get the more junior staff to take on the dregs that higher ups don’t want to do themselves.
