The best part was the support from fellow colleagues as there was no support from Heads or Directors. Unpaid overtime was the norm. Heads would implement their own suggestions but would blame the team when the strategies failed. Job itself is like a 2 star,not saying 1 cause it's not that fast paced that I can't just phase out and think about stuff I gonna do at home and such. Don't really have issues with management tho they sometimes walk around hoping they catch someone just not doing their job even though we have a system that is tracming our target already, so why would we need extra audience really? The company culture lacks transparency and support, making it difficult to thrive in the role. Communication between departments is often lacking, leading to inefficiencies and frustration. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of clear direction from management, making it challenging to feel motivated and engaged in my work. While there are opportunities to learn and grow, they are often overshadowed by the negative aspects of the workplace environment.
