Overview:
The Solution Architect will be a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will be a recognized technical thought leader, capable of ‘big picture thinking’ on a solution area/category, with substantive depth on a few core technical/solution elements. Responsibilities:

Provide technical marketing, thought leadership and related support.
Understand and deliver the Go to Market (GTM) strategy and bring to fruition.

Stay current on technical solutions and advancements
Build meaningful partnership with key manufacturers .
Create in-depth technical design documentation and corresponding documents (Technical Presentation, Visio Diagrams, Level of Effort (LOE), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
To attend Customer opportunity / strategy meetings to understand and articulate business and technical strategy for the company and customer.
Provide qualification of designs or opportunities and produce technical architecture/design documentation.
Work closely with Vendors / Partners to keep up-to-date with current and future technologies, products and strategies to manage the ‘cradle to grave’ solution provisions cycle.
Act as Design Authority for nominated key accounts.
Work as technical designer on enterprise scale, mission-critical customer projects.
Work with peers to advise and recommend on future technology and services
Research technology and deliver associated white papers to promote Computacenter’s offerings.
Maintain high level of industry awareness through training and self-development
Engage in, and manage, Customer demonstrations and Proofs of Concept
Development of service offerings, utilizing newly released products having ensured that functionality claims are valid.

Education & Experience Required
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
3 – 5 years of presales engineering and solutioning.
Understanding of breadth of technology and adaptable to new technology advancements.
Prior technology implementation experience (preferred).
Expertise in one or more technology discipline such as enterprise infrastructure, data center infrastructure, cyber security, collaboration, Hybrid cloud solutions etc.
Ability to develop and maintain client engagement and deliver solutions architecture presentations.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Triage and manage customer incidents, requests and problems, vendor engagement, preventative maintenance, etc.; making decisions and escalating when required.
Author, maintain and adhere to process and procedures, documentation/specifications, including technical guides and troubleshooting information.
Proactively monitor and take action on major and minor alarms from various monitoring and event management systems.
Log and document all work in ServiceNow maintaining detailed records regarding incident, request and problem management.
Prioritize and perform "White Glove" resolutions with escalated and/or high visibility incidents.
Participate in the escalation and on-call rotation.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Overview

Responsibilities
Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
Perform a range of technical work activities either remotely or at customer site to meet business and customer requirements.
Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company process to meet business and customer requirements.
Document and reports on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.
Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met and evaluate escalations and action appropriately to ensure customer demands are met.
Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.
Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.

Education & Experience Required
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Skills & Competencies
Able to follow instructions and procedures
Proven experience in IT Desktop Service environment.
Uses information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role

Routine administrative skills
Good interpersonal skills, basic literacy and numeracy skills
Demonstrates awareness of health and safety at work.
Able to meet the physical requirements of the usual and customary methods of performing the job functions, including: a variety of standing, sitting, and walking throughout the day; lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Position Overview
The Sales Order Management Specialist is a member of the Inside Sales team and will be responsible for the timely, efficient and accurate (first time right) entry and processing of customer sales orders in the relevant systems and tools. This role will also prepare sales quotation based on pre-agreed criteria, catalogue and instruction from the Inside Sales team. This role will ensure high performance, productive and excellent operational customer service. Sales Order Management specialists will have a flexible mindset and a ‘right first- time’ mentality in everything they do. Close working partnership with Inside Sales teams is essential for the successful delivery of this role. Roles at this level will work under supervision but will be expected to prioritize own workload and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
1-2 years sales and/or Customer Service experience (preferred)
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Overview:
The Partner Renewal Specialist is the subject matter expert regarding the full lifecycle of high-volume vendor support for quoting and ordering on time renewals. The Renewals Contract Specialist will focus on creating timely quotes and on time orders for assigned partners such as Dell/ EMC/ Cisco. They will be the Subject Matter Expert on quoting and order through the partner and internal toolsets. This requires communication and cooperation with Sales staff and other internal staff to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
Run regular reporting (according to standard set) on assigned partner to ensure timely renewal preparation.
Work closely with manufacturer to obtain complete list of contracts for customers coming up for renewal and merge accordingly.
Review and adjust details given by vendor accordingly to provide accurate quote for the customer.
Review and maintain opportunities in Salesforce for partner renewals.
Partners with the business leaders to determine correct pricing for the customer.
Create a quote or quote template for the customer quotes with accurate quoting/ordering details.
Send the quote or quote template to the business leader for presentation to the customer noting any anomalies or questions to the customer that may have been highlighted during the review.
If revisions are requested by the business leader from the customer, then Partner Renewal Specialist will be responsible for making changes in the required SLA.
Receive purchase order from Sales team or Named Account Renewal Manager.
Place the Sales Order under the proper customer entity.
Ensure that customer billing takes place in a timely manner.
Update the Vendor portals and details with necessary information per the customer request.
Other duties as assigned.
In addition to executing on the above list of duties and responsibilities, this position requires you to provide guidance, direction, mentorship and coaching on the same to your team, as well as, to lead, inspire and support your team in support of growing their businesses.

Education & Experience Required
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
BA or equivalent technical school degree preferred or equivalent experience, industry certifications a plus.
7 years’ experience in IT Service environment.
Skills & Competencies
