- My co-workers were very lovely and nice, most were around the same age bracket so there was a lot of comradery
|
- CEO taking away WFH because he worked in the office during COVID (something I don't think you were allowed to do in the UK at the time) was laughable when I heard about this after I started.
- attempting to find fixes to small issues we were having in our processes made people upset that I would even speak out about this
- a complete lack of any empathy from upper management to the mass amount of customers calling about problems coming directly from firing half of the onboarding team in July 2023 and not replacing anyone in a timely manner
- promises of 1 on 1's and followups on processes internally were always broken
- a complete lack of trust between employees and management
-forcing people to stay on the phones for a full year before you can apply for any other kind of role in the company, when they know that the turnover for CSE is barely 6 months

Many colleagues were lovely, but most of them were looking for new jobs due to recent redundancies and dreadful atmosphere.
|
Treated like an easily replaceable commodity, expected to take on additional work from leavers for nothing in exchange. No flexibility to work from home, required to be in the office 5 days a week. Lower than market compensation. High staff turnover, and heavy/messy workload as a result.

Not much actually - location of office is nice and no fee to buy-sell shares is good.

its an ever-increasing list -
1) poor management
2) 5-days mandatory office - no flexibility - even if you have some urgent thing at home - the manager will say "Just take a carer leave or personal leave"
3) in my team we had to make a team member redundant who just joined three months ago. And she was good at work, But just cause CMC didnt have to pay her redundancy they did that along with many others.
4) Then they did a second wave of redundancy after 6 months - when they promised with the first wave that this was it.
I can go on but then would sound like I am complaining and I am biased with my opinion.
