I did learn about soils, aggregates and concrete on how to test them but, i did not like the senior lab technician, he would constantly pick and moan at me even though i did my very best where, nothing was ever said to the apprentice guy even if he made mistakes, the senior lab technician thought that he was so high and mighty and used his position to talk to me like dirt, i did complain to the manager a few times but, nothing was done, i did kind of keep out of the way whenever i went out on site to do concrete testing but, the final straw for me was when the senior technician moaned about how i slump tested the concrete and making the cubes which was odd as he wasn't even there, i had just had enough of him plus, the role was becoming to heavy going for me, i did enjoy it there but, sorry all it takes is for ONE horrible person to ruin it for me and making me become cynical of the company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Takes 2 days to get a replies had 2 weeks work out of them then they tell you they lost contracts then they tell there actual workers there no one to help them when they got half the work force there not offering work too

Not having work just after a few weeks and have to keep emailing every week/day just to be told there is no work but yet they offer other work to other people in company

S**t unless your a favourite need to fit in and look the part I guess
