It was a fun place to work Sadly the Managers left and replaced by ones with a totally different vibe not in a positive way. It went downhill after that. No support from staff at head office. I constantly complained about the lack of training at every personal assessment but told not to worry, just pick things up as you go along. New sales manager appointed and after serving 10 months with company, was told I was having to move to another site which was 4 hour return journey every day, because this site was not my base site no commission would be paid, and fuel expenses wouldn’t be paid to the max. Breaking contracts agreements. In other words micro managed. This company is the worst out of all the house builders for treating staff with so much unprofessional procedures. After a huge complaint raised they tried to cover their tracks by suddenly training individuals and making them sign documentation that they had training in place from a year prior. In other words we had been made forcefully to sign records which were untrue. I was made redundant a few weeks later. I was there 16 weeks. The other managers treat me bad because I was an agency worker. Avoid. They have a ‘We Care’ scheme but they couldn’t give a toss about any issues you may have. All they care about is meterage and the line running. People and their feelings and wellbeing come 2nd the line. Got a vending machine. That’s honestly it.
