What is the best part of working at the company?
There aren't many good points really. Mainly interacting with other staff members and the discount. Customers can be extremely difficult there. There are a few customers that do lighten the day.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company expect everything done to a high standard and to a deadline, whilst never giving the team leaders and members the support or hours to do it properly, they only care about profit
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fast paced, stressful, not supportive, the few supportive members are crushed till they are jaded and no longer care, the company became very greedy after covid
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not enough hours and colleagues to delegate tasks to, unable to finish most tasks

Management useless and training (what's that) lots of back stabbing.
If your a suckered upper you will be fine. No structure dealing with customers. Support are just staff members not TL's
Mental health nightmare as they don't work with a person's strength they put you on something else totally.

Managers don’t care about your mental health
|
The best decision I ever made was to leave this job, managers don’t care about your mental wellbeing if you get upset from stress they don’t listen and relay their problems on you instead of listening to yours. Some employees are nice but some are toxic. Avoid Dunelm like the plague if you want to remain sane.
