Going down hill since the acquisition

- Hybrid working, mostly work from home

Quite surprised by all the positive reviews. Suspicious as the business has seriously gone down hill since the acquisition
- Aggressive micro management/ name and shame culture creeping in resulting in low team morale. Management are unwilling to listen and refuse to accept criticism
- Company is profiting but not enough so pay rises have been on hold despite inflation
- A number of redundancies across the business and questionable firings since acquiring a questionable new tech company... a complete lack of consideration shown to those affected. Not to mention the new tech doesn't seem to work too well.
- Lots of gossip between employees and false accusations being spread to management
- Zero support for employees with ADHD, Autism and other learning or mental health conditions
- Benefits package is trash. Basic employee rights disguised as benefits.
- Pay is below market value

Partnerships is run from the UK by a team that is used the EMEA market. The lack of cohesion between partnerships and the local sales team is evident in the minimal impact of channel for dotdigital on the NORAM market. Benefits are minimal and remote work is inadequately supported. HR is run from London office and don’t understand US employee system.

A happy place to work

Lovely colleagues including higher management. There is no hierarchy stigma, everyone treats each other as equals. My team is laid back and friendly, I feel as though dotdigital care greatly about their staff and respect people's mental health. I work remotely by can go into the office any time I like. They offered me higher pay than I asked for to match my experience.

The office is quite bright and noisy so I prefer to work from home but that's really the only thing I can think of.
