Gave three hundred percent trying to meet the mark of excellence they claimed was their goal. However after seeing the management was more interested in covering their own butts than fixing real problems. I worked there 2 years, was never late a day. Watched other employees sleep for half a shift in the maintenance shop while I worked the floor alone. Pointed out these issues and was chastised for not "Keeping it in the family when my direct supervisor got in trouble for something I said to the Head of Production, trying to resolve an issue he had known about but failed to address for months. On 6/22/2020 my department was audited for Safety issues, and I told the auditor I would photograph to discrepancies so my Supervisor would be aware of them, which I did and entered them into our automated maintenance system. I guess the photos I took must have been seen by higher management and gotten my boss into trouble. When I returned to work I was escorted to the HR office where they said ,"My skill set was no longer Needed" This place is a political cluster f#@&. More brown nosing going on here and they push this Better than you attitude about Safety Issues all the while ignoring those issues. Management spends 90 percent of their time looking for who to blame when things go South, and it's normally some innocent operator just trying to do a good job running bad casing, because nobody is accountable for anything. This is no ISO 9000 facility,,,,It is a f#@& Joke. I am a 25 year maintenance technician and this company was the worst decision I ever made in an employer. They pay - more... Totally unacceptable discriminatory behaviour from a company who claim to be an equal and fair employer. Production line is contaminated and would strongly benefit from environmental health inspection or similar. Avoid!!
