This is a place where careers go to die. They do not care about the well-being of their employees, all in the name of making the most money. High turnover rate for new people they hire, as those people realize how bad of a company it is to work for. lon:elm https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=10164 Apr 8th, 2024 12:00AM Open Open Elementis Machine Operator Glad I left when I did do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache of working there Was a good place to work but I heard from a lot of my ex co-workers Corporation couldn't follow through with management aspect wasn't a shock when I was there. always spending foolish money when their brainstorming non-working ideas 6 month budget plan for nothing. the workers could run that place better than the management ever could. if only they could see it. if they were around more often you can't spell elementis with out the four letters in there are Lies. This Corporation lied about a lot of things and, even said they would never let go of their workers when they were The Old Company which I wasn't a part of and they did that. no fault of their own the workers didn't let the company down the company let the workers down Bravođź‘Ź. A lot of them from what I've Been Told. The place got worse which is unfortunate one of the big things was the way they micromanaged things getting rid of 37 hard working people some I knew and some I didn't should not have been one of them so anyone that decides to apply for this place in the future if it makes it. make sure you do a lot of research and read these reviews the ones that I were reading were exactly true 100% that way you know what you're getting yourself into. Corporation is still going to lose and they'll be the ones laughing I wouldn't expect any of them to go back to that place if you ever had a call back list 95% of the 37 you let go are going to tell you where you can put it almost guarantee nobody's going to want to go back to work for a place that has bad insurance taxed company bonuses I heard too.
