Good place to work on the plant level I can’t speak for other plants. I’ve heard that the other sight they are a lot more strict and not willing to work with employees for time off

What is the best part of working at the company?
I worked for a plant that shut down. The company took excellent care of me until I retired. Depending on what job that you need overall there a very good employer.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I was a senior buyer at a facility .My job was to make sure that all the raw materials get there on time so to keep the plant running.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Our site was pretty small and we were a pretty close-knit family in my opinion.

Under paid for the amount of work expected from you. No chance to advance unless your friends with current management. Very toxic place, Management will lie to you, You'll be promised things by management and they will never deliver and then give you an average performance reviews no matter how hard you work!! your yearly raise will be less than a dollar every year.
