I have never had to work weekends or evenings like other call centres do,
I work with exceptional people across all areas of the customer experience centre.
Through my work and compliments from customers I do get rewarded so have vouchers and icon awards which is a nice extra

System issues sometimes frustrate whilst working, We all want to do a good job and do our job to our utmost, I work with amazing people who want the same thing, but systems are the worst they have ever been. We do not know why and what is happening to cause this and it just becomes frustrating.

Team Leaders are doing a fantastic job and I just want to say that Management should appreciate just how incredibly hard they work. We often get rewards for staff and recognitions of the week but really more should be done to highlight and recognise the hard work of the team leaders.

stress level is medium to high but is manageable. Depending on the team that you are in... you may not been heard if you complain about so and so. The team that I was in, we were overlooked. The team I was in consist of 3 people, but we were doing 6-7 people work.. which is unbelievable. At a point I was doing too much for my team that I finally took a step back and stop doing too much for what I was getting pay for. Pay is bad. If you are looking to get your feet wet, this is the place for you. Also no room for growth if you ask for it.

Poor communication from management. A lot of micro managing. The workload is not delegated fairly and if you raise a concern, it does not get addressed. Hire people who have experience in Microsoft applications. Training new people who don't have these experience is hard.. trainer should be able to train new people who are also tech savvy and is a fast learner. Training someone 2-3 times on the same process is a bit worrisome.

The essence of any good company is the leadership. Do they do what they say and say what they do. Working at Equiniti I've found that the majority of leaders in the company want to make a difference in their achievements and generally care about those they work with from a professional standpoint. Companies aren't family as many say! However, one can build relationships and create psychological security if the company is lead in the right manner and actually embraces its values. Currently, this is the environment we are getting to enjoy and work in at Equiniti.

A merger was just completed. Some leaders have not embraced the change the company is trying to achieve and those individuals are slowing the change.
