Poor communication
|
Management is not the best at communicating with their teams. If someone speaks up about a concern on another individual, management seem to avoid the issue and not address it. Human make mistakes, but if the same mistakes are repeated then it is worrisome. there has been a high turnover rate within the last 4-5 months, due to the employees being underpay. the daily tasks are not fairly delegated out which will cause burnt out and stress on 1 individual. Before I left, the company was doing employees survey and let me tell you this... it is such a joke! If I was being honest, the survey was just to cover up management. They do not follow what they have in their employee handbook. Please do something different. The people I work with are amazing but there are too many good ones who are leaving due to poor management and over worked employees.

lovely people but unfulfilling job

staff are lovely but job is stressful, busy and pay is poor for the amount of work you are actually doing, sometimes it is just back to back. no fault of the staff but there is little support in place so there is not much they can offer if they want to help.

The people are fantastic. I loved the job. It was diverse and interesting. Lot's to keep ypu busy. It's just a shame the wage is so low for the work we do.

Awful place to work avoid at all costs

Management is awful. No support at all. Pay is poor and no one within the company is willing to discuss this. Treated like children. Very very nit picky to the point where you feel like a soldier following orders. No appreciation for what you do. Emails are sent telling you not to speak to your colleagues as it is distracting and then the email to follow is about joining the “engagement team” Whole place is a joke you only move up if your in with management and no member of management is capable of taking company feedback.

Amazing culture and team

I've been with EQ (formerly AST) for a little over three years. The culture is one of communication and collaboration and I genuinely feel appreciated.
I'm fortunate to work with a wide variety of managers and have built relationships across the span of our business groups.
I enjoy my job more days than not and appreciate the team I work on and the leaders I work for.
One of the most impressive things to me is the frequency with which we fill roles internally. We believe in growth and back up that belief with action.

It's nice that you don't have to work at weekends, also there are some really nice people that work there.

The pressure that they put you under.

Environment is not good, computers that are slow , so your work load build up, customer's that are rude to you and no back up from management.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stress stress & more stress. No place to chill out even though they have break rooms, it's all work talk .
