Senior management have no clue what they’re doing, unreachable targets to hit, lack of trust, lack of progression and incredibly low team morale, especially for marketers. We get no training, systems don’t work, everything takes ages to get it done. It’s an awful place to work if you are a marketer. They also have a great global HR initiatives. However, the company has different divisions. In the division where I was employed the management did not lead by example, were displaying unacceptable behaviours including shouting and insulting employees, turning a blind eye on bulling in the team, not involving teams in any decisions and treating many in the team as not worthy beings. Along with the wonderful inititives on a company level, culture festivals, LGBT committe and similar, the management of that division did not hesitate at all at making insinuating and racial comments. Very glad to have left them. It doesn't mean that the company is not a good one.
