No reward for job well done and quick to blame if something goes wrong. If you had a problem with management going to HR was ineffective in getting a favorable resolution. The only goods things was that the healthcare was not so expensive like some companies. Also, you could accrue 10 days of PTO after a year of service. lon:esnt https://www.indeed.com/cmp/essentra-plc/reviews Dec 16th, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Open Essentra PLC Print Finisher Newmarket GBR Good working hours but terrible management Worked here for about 4–5 months during covid pandemic, all existing staff are unwelcoming and rude and just show very little interest in getting to know you, company acted like they cared about social distancing even though the production managers never wore masks (only did when they knew they where being watched by someone higher up in the company) and stood way to close to you whilst talking to you on the factory floor, they later dismissed me for being signed off by doctors and not giving me a chance to dispute it, completely unprofessional in every aspect and highly recommended that you stay away from this place. Need a better maintenance plan to help prevent the machines from breaking down, I understand we can't foresee the future but if the same issues keep on occurring, then it's time for the management to spend a little money so we can produce quality product nd not place band-aids on the machines.
