C’est un 2 étoiles mais il se rapproche d’un 3 étoiles. La plus part des clients qui y séjournent sont des clients d’affaires car situé à proximité de l’aéroport CDG c’est plus accessible pour eux. Le prix est attractif pour un 2 étoiles. Parking, autonomie et indépendance au travail. Upper management have no respect for staff within the hotels. Long hours on your own with no real support due to lone working. Unsafe working conditions and feeling scared when coming to work. Concerns that are raised are never investigated. The actual front desk team in the hotels are the best part about this company. Feedback is provided about working conditions to Head Office but nothing is ever followed through. Bad behaviour is celebrated. Bij avonddiensten en weekenddiensten sta je meestal alleen achter de receptie. Management werkt niet in het weekend en doordeweeks zijn ze stipt om 17:00 uur weg terwijl jij jezelf tot 23:00 uur moet zien te redden, in je eentje. Geen bewaking aanwezig. Ook werkt er niemand langer dan 2 jaar want een vast contract wordt niet geboden. De werksfeer kan overgens leuk zijn als je in een goed team terecht komt. Zoals de titel zegt het is leuk voor tijdelijk! Het salaris is ook vrij laag invergeleken met andere hotels. It is lone working Which can sometimes get lonely, however the small teams tend to have a really good relationship with each other. The managements (at Leeds and Sheffield anyway) we’re amazing. Best managers I’ve had. Always support you and always open for a chat when needed. Good training programmes for progression but opportunities are few and far between. They pay national living wage to all reception staff. This is not enough for the duties. Sometimes you do have to clean rooms when over booked (a regular occurrence) are expected to learn new systems with no training and when can be expected to work long hours and long weeks when short staffed as the hotels are only staffed for the right amount of shifts in the week. However a majority of customers are amazing and I have made friends for life.
