FDM has over the months continued to fire consultants even if they've had hardly any interviews (which is of no fault of the consultants) but of the 'account managers'. Since they don't specialise in any job area, don't know who is the best fit for a role). While consultants have been fired, FDM has continued to hire more consultants. There have been many, many broken promises with regards to placements .e.g promises of large contracts with companies that many consultants clung to, only for it all fall through. Consultants on the bench are infantilized, which, especially if you're not a fresh grad, is utterly demeaning.
