Nepotism is rife with unadvertised promotions being given to those in favour by management or people being bought in very quickly for roles not promoted. There's been over a 5% reduction in the workforce in the last year but shortly after some of these roles are given to others or re-recruited into with a fancier title. There is a toxic environment with no trust within leadership which is now filtering through with staff looking for opportunities elsewhere. Lies, they will sell you a role which is totally unachievable. Management including local CEO remind me of some sort of regime, and not a good one. Management smiles to your face only to backstab you later. A full stocked fridge of soft drinks doesn't make you a great employer GBG. I met you, I know! Lack of empathy: They disregard the needs and concerns of their employees, showing little understanding or compassion for their personal or professional struggles. Blame-shifting: They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes or shortcomings, instead blaming others for failures within the team. Favoritism: Certain Managers show preferential treatment to certain employees, which creates a toxic work environment and breed resentment among the team. Micromanagement: They excessively control and scrutinize every aspect of their employees' work, everything is watched, Monitored & reported on. Fair pay. Good 'community feel' - ie, they do quite a lot of charities and get-togethers. There can be some great working opportunities. They bite more than they can chew, regularly. A lot of redundancies over the last few years. Archaic processes which take years to change. Listen to them - you hire them for a reason, because they're knowledgeable in their fields. Do you really know who is up for a promotion, and why? The US based teams are detached from their UK counterparts, and looked down upon. The US based teams are young, inexperienced, and lack knowledge of both the process and business in general (however, they do know the product). Very poor senior management on the US based teams. You learn quickly why there is above average turnover.
