I'm starting with them shortly and i have to say the manager i was dealing with is one of a kind and so easy going. The screening process can take a while but thats a good thing to employing unknowns. I have worked in security for over ten years and i fully understand the need to be available 24hrs a day as i'm use to this process. As i'm single with no family commitments this suits me fine. The shift has to be manned regardless as thats how i was trained. I see a lot of negative reviews but lets face the facts here security is not for everyone. Unsocial hours mean nothing as thats part of the gig. 12hr shifts, so what thats nothing. Go on patrol if you are bored to sitting in the security station theres plenty to do during the shift. These negative reviews are from people who are not in this game that long and cannot adjust to the reality of this game that extra hours unsocial or not are all part of this job so either accept it or get something else but don't be bashing this company who are placed under pressure with a no show and try to find someone to cover the shift at the last minute. They always emphasise to put yourself safe before being a hero situations where it's about life treating.
