A company that listens and reacts to Colleagues. Grafton has come a long way over the last few years, Covid made them face up to a few areas where things were more old-fashioned compared to competitors. Flexible home working (with 2 days a week at home) Colleague feedback sessions and overall a more modernised working environment. Grafton has shown its best qualities during the recent cost of living crisis, the support that has been put in place to help and protect its workers has been valued beyond measure. We as colleagues didn't have to push hard to receive this support and was offered generously.
