So when I then try to NOT ask for help and quote "think for myself", I was still under valued and then told that I could always just "ask for help". The "teacher/ coworker" I was working with during my internship never facilitated a good constructive learning environment. Which is very bad

theres honestly none this is the worst job ive ever had. If you're a girl you can flirt with the old men that are in team leader and management positions and you'll get pay rises + favourable treatment.

The WORST working environment and company culture. The people are all awful. They pay minimum wage and never give pay increases, your pay will only go up if minimum wage goes up- unless you can stomach flirting with the managers, but eveen then the pay rises are like 0.20p a quarter its so bad.

I enjoyed my time at G&H primarily because of the daily interactions with my colleagues. They were the heartbeat of the business and truly defined the company's essence. However, as my responsibilities grew with increased reporting and meetings, I found myself having less interaction with them compared to our earlier days as a Ltd company. Engaging with customers also stood out as a highlight of my daily/weekly experiences.
