Was a great company to work for. Started as part time assistant and worked my way up to Manager.
|
Staff shortages meant everyone was stressed and working so hard that store struggled but higher management expect you to just get on with it. Often came in half hour early and left late - not paid for the this! And then when things go wrong - management come down on you like a ton of bricks- what do you expect.
