Each day there would be something new to be included in when working, staff and management were incredibly helpful and willing to teach. Would happily recommend people to apply for a job at Leeds crown point!

I loved this, so much so I left my other job to focus on this whist studying at uni. Within 6 months I was approached to be a Team leader. The job we did was amazing, the staff was amazing, the management was amazing too.

Great job too many weekends

I loved this job but left because I am ended up working too many weekend evenings which did not suit my home life. If it hadn't been for that I would maybe still be there now.

Hired as festive temp.
Told on Xmas eve 15 mins before close that I no longer had a job. Poor management throughout the company and the least empathetic of responses in this climate.

Working at Argos was pretty fun to be honest! You met knew people every day and the job wasn’t too much hard work for someone with asthma! There is challenging situations though sometimes the servers could fail and you’ll be all over the place! But if you keep cool you’ll be able to manage it fine!

I would not recommend working at Argos as a full time job if you're ambitious and looking for a challenging, exciting career. It was the dullest company I have ever worked for, ancient technology, pointless and impractical working methods. Absolutely nothing made sense, if you want to get from A to B Argos will suggest going from A, D, C then to B. This companies future doesn't look bright unless they make some big changes.

It’s Meh
|
People you meet on your new team are nice - can be stressful when no one is around to help - customers are just plain rude / patronising when they don’t like the process, think they forget they’re talking to another human sometimes and just shout and swear at you. The job is just meh like it’s not fun - but it’s not terrible you just kinda get on with it and go home.

Company’s changed
|
The company when it was only Argos was fantastic to work for. It changed when Sainsbury’s took over we’re meant to be treated as one winning team this is far from the truth we’re treated very different as in pay wise. The last 18months has been up and down uncertainty of our jobs as cutting them. Getting rid of all the high street stores which the company is known for, never hardly any stock always have to wait. Hopefully they’ll manage to get it right, and don’t forget the Argos name.
