- Extremely kind and welcoming staff
- Amazing management, you are treated like family
- Great pay (up to 12 pounds now)
- Good holiday
- Great discount
- Not a stressful job (at my level)

- Even when you are a minor, you don't get any break at all until up to a 6 hour shift (not even a ten) which seems very unfair. I worked several 5.5 hours and without even a 5 minute break it can get to you.
- That is it to be honest not a lot of complaints maybe customers can be rude but no fault of the shop
