TL is also lovely and tries to be supportive Hastings are hiring huge numbers of retention staff at the moment and it's clear they're not used to hiring so many people at once because it's all been very poorly managed. Training lasted 7 weeks but was so poorly managed that staff leave training with inadequate skills to do the job and are immediately expected to hit the same targets as long standing staff members. Unsurprisingly that hasn't happened and now they expect everyone who applied for a home working job to start coming into the office every day. Time management in training was so awful, we spent almost no time listening to any existing agents taking calls to understand what the conversations are like and very little time taking calls with buddies.
