Supportive Training programme when you first start, and on team support is exceptional with a buddying system. Internal prospects are really good, and managers encourage you to apply for secondments and permanent roles which match your skills and interests whilst supporting you through the process. Benefits are very good.

I would recommend working at Transact

The training at Transact is exceptional, there is a lot to learn, but with a well structured training program it’s a smooth process. It was a joy being trained by Chris and Connor and being shown the ropes of Transact. There is a lot to learn, but I think that’s a great benefit, as it keeps the job dynamic, always something interesting happening day by day. Had I not wanted a career change, Transact would have been a great option, with the steady laid out paths to progression available. There is also a well stocked snack cupboard, you’ll have to be careful with this though, it’s easy to get carried away with eating the endless supplies…
|
Not really a downside, but there can sometimes be a lot of work, it keeps you busy, and the hours fly by. If you stay ontop of what needs to get done it’s very manageable.
