Supero tutti gli step per la posizione ricercata (brand ambassador) firmo il contratto con tanto di mansionario della figura che dovevo ricoprire…
Si svegliano dall’oggi al domani con detto: DOVETE VENDERE 10 dispositivi di tabacco riscaldato al giorno…mia risposta: io devo informare e fa te attività di ingaggio/ visual merchandising ecc (gli ho elencato i punti rimarcati nel contratto firmato e di vendita non ci stava neppure l’ombra o meglio si era detto a voce che ci stava anche una componente vendita ma non era lavoro principale);clima pesante, autoritario, anche poco professionale a parer mio… mettevano in dubbio anche anni ed anni della tua professionalità per farti sentire inadeguat*… in soldoni… non fatevi abbindolare dai bei soldi e benefits che offrono perché il gioco non vale la candela… da multinazionale e quindi azienda strutturata (sulla carta) mi aspettavo molto di più… invece è tutto alla deriva… dal management alla field force.

The most stressful is waiting to be signed off. If you’re not signed off within your time period then they can dismiss you and say anything they want and you don’t have a say, even if you have photographic proof. Toxic environment

Big targets with shrinking support. We’re always behind the curve on the market and innovation. When questions are asked you are told to just do it. Rules are bent and broken by management when it suits them to hit targets. So much expected and the work life balance has drastically shrunk over the years.
