The company and culture has completely changed. Job security is no longer present. Main focus is on numbers and employees are not valued anymore. Turning into a classic pharma company with inflexible rules and one-size-fits-all mentality. Trust is gone. Employees overall are extremely unhappy and many are looking for new jobs and leaving.
