I love the benefits, the half day Fridays in the summer, the flexibility and the 14 week maternity leave. As well as the 8 week paternal leave. Starts with 2 weeks time off, with 2 floating holidays, 2 weeks sick & paid birthday off.

Little annual raises, between 4-6%. Seems like there’s little room for growth without waiting 5+ years. Micromanaging. The company constantly brags about all the business just acquired but don’t want to compensate ALL the employees.
